Why does not the crime decrease?
Criminal's responsibility of a modern criminal law is a crime.
However, there are people who do besides the crime occasionally.
There is a person who cannot live besides crime.
A certain kind of crime is ,in a word, prearranged performances in a national
society.
Prearranged performances manage the crime.
Society where this doesn't become crime.
The villainy crime and the crime of making the crime done are made to
be done and there is a person who is gaining.
It is made to fight and there is a person who is gaining.
Here is leaving complete loose.
It is inconsiderate, and pretends to be inconsiderate to this.
In bullying, there is a person bullied with the person who bullies it.
And, there are a person who fuels this and a person who becomes
silent and is looking.
Administration of justice and the nation
It is a person who does the crime, it is a person who lights, and it
is a person who is letting it alone.
People who gain in this and people who live.
The nation and administration of justice do the sales of ..crime.. manufacturing
consumption.
It was these kind of things before one is aware.
The crime is tears of ignorance.
Shout of poverty of mind.


犯罪が減らないのは何故か。
現代の刑法は犯罪は、犯罪者の責任とする。
だが犯罪以外にやることが無い人たちがいる。
犯罪する以外に生活できない人がいる。
つまりある種の犯罪は国家社会にやらせだ。
犯罪をやらせ取り締まる。
これが犯罪にならない社会。
犯罪をやらせるという極悪犯罪、
犯罪をやらせて儲けている人がいる。
戦争をやらせて儲けている人がいる。
ここはまったくの野放し状態だ。
これに気がつかない、気がつかない振りをしている。
いじめには、いじめる人といじめられる人がいる。
そしてこれを煽る人、黙って見ている人がいる。
司法や国家は、
犯罪をやる人であり、
たきつける人であり、
放任している人である。
これで儲ける人々、生活する人々。
国家や司法は、犯罪を製造販売消費する。
いつの間にかこんなことになっていた！
犯罪は無知の涙！
心の貧しさの叫び？
