日本ではそれをしなくて済む。

法暴力は、日本では暴力ではない。
司法から法の暴力を除いてあるのだ。

気力と体力で被疑者を圧倒せよ。

これは暴力か暴力でないか。
気力と体力で勝つ！

日本は法で拷問を禁止しているので、拷問は無い。


法で禁止しているという事実、
現実に拷問が行われているという事実、

お上が勝つ。
だが世界に通らない。

お上は世界に押し潰されつつある。
論理ではもう殺されている。
これが日本問題だ。
