これを得ることは容易でないことが分かる。

環境問題は、産業が負帰還になっていないこと、
即ち産業が発振系であった問題だ。

温暖化では、嫌がらせに対策できない。

産業を負帰還システムにする。
これでいい分けだ。

だが負帰還が認識されていない。
安定には負帰還が必要だ。
産業を生命化しなければならない。

それには、国家や産業は舞台であり、
人は生活が楽屋であり、

それが生きた国家や文明となる。
