presumed guilt in Japan

Is the defendant guilty or innocent?
Correctness by nothing but one is that the problem is in the decision.
That is, the defendant is innocent.

It is not contradicted to criminalize the defendant.
However, the no contradiction is not proven.
Because it is Presumed Innocent.

This is not admitted because administration of justice has gone mad.

This cannot be recognized.
I am not seen.
That is, there is no moon if the moon is not seen.

That is, sentences are not the realities.
