人類の存在は、安定を目的とする。
すべての人間は所得を保証され、
これが人間存在の安定化であり、
そのためすべてに人は、その能力を吐き出さねばならない。

人類の所得保障は、人類の才能の活性化である。

所得保障の対偶は、すべての人の活性化である。
