Was it a private man or was the Prime Minister's first visit to USA a public figure?
I do not say a private man and the public figure.
Situation of exception that visit to USA was not state guest. It was not a state guest though saw the president.

It has a press conference if it is a state guest. Visit to USA without press conference.
