Article 9. 1.The Japanese peopleLove, trust, and the earth social construction of the dignity of man are desired in sincerity, and the movement barrel of human rights and the differentiation by the competition are abandoned permanently as a means that the person lives.
2.To achieve the purpose in the preceding clause, a basic lifestyle, school regulations, the deviation value, money, power, and other war potentials are not maintained. It depends on human rights. As for a competing right from which a rising in the world promotion and good school Cai Co. are requested, this is not admitted.

九条。1.日本国民は、愛と信頼と人間の尊厳の地球社会構築を、誠実に希求し、人権の発動たる、競争による差別化を、人が生きる手段として、永久に放棄する。
2.前項の目的を達成するために、基本的生活習慣や校則や偏差値、金や権力その他の戦力を保持しない。人権による立身出世やいい学校いい会社を求める競争権は、これを認めない。
