punishment is own punishment

Government Japan is in the first person impulse whether kill or killed, and the problem of the punishment doesn't exist.

Killed what is killed, and it is not here the idea of the punishment.

It is possible to retort it, and this is killing bullying, and there is no punishment ..this.., and it is understood not to punish though it dresses as if it is if done.

Western Europe introduced the law, and put the punishment.

This when it comes for thousands of years
How it punishes when the nation and the law perpetrate a crime has become a problem.

That is, to punish the person is to punish the law.
The law is a crime.

This is a punishment to the law that the law gave.

Then, Europe might have abolished the capital punishment that was a first of all ultimate state crime.

However, correctness by one has social order regardless of the law.

It is no contradiction that the nation punishes the crime.
Therefore, social order is not achieved.

It is assumed that these sentences are mistakes.
Then, it becomes kinematic pair problem.
If the nation doesn't punish the crime, social order becomes it if it is achieved.

Because two sentences are mutual kinematic pair = denials, it actually approves by the one set.

It is a world of the present.
The world there where power kills and eats powerlessness.

It is not assumed the crime though this is a crime.

This is the rule by law world.
The law was a murder-robbery device.

お上日本は、殺すか殺されるかの一人称衝動にあり、
罰の問題自体存在しない。

殺したものは殺す、
ここに罰の考えはない。

あたかもあるように装っているが、
やられたらやり返せ、
これがいじめ殺しであり、
これに罰はないことで、罰がないことが分かる。

西欧は法を導入して、罰を入れた。

これを何千年もやってきた時、
国家や法が犯罪を犯した時どう罰するかが問題になってきた。

即ち、人を罰することは、法を罰することだ。
法は犯罪である。

国家が犯罪した時、
法は国家を罰することは出来ない。

これが法が下した、法への罰である。
即ち、法は国家や司法自体を犯罪組織とした。

そこで先ず究極の国家犯罪である死刑をヨーロッパは廃止したのだろう。

政権交代は一種の権力の死刑である。

だがこんなことでいい社会は出来ない。

法は権力と無力に社会を切り裂いた。
これは国家や司法が行った。

ただ一つ正しいことは、社会秩序は法に関係なく存在している。

国家が犯罪を罰することは無矛盾である。
よって社会秩序は実現しない。

この文章が誤りだとする。
すると対偶問題となって、
国家が犯罪を罰しないと、社会秩序は実現するとなる。

二つの文章は対偶＝相互否定であるから、
現実にワンセットで成立する。

法治国家は神の作った世界に介入し、神に罰せられた。

それが現代世界である。
そこは権力が無力を殺して食う世界である。

これは犯罪であるが犯罪とされない。

これが法治世界である。
法は強盗殺人装置であった。
