現代世界に大変動が起きている。
産業文明はポジティブ・フィードバック、
即ち爆発であった。
そしてこれ以上拡張することは、
バラバラに崩壊することだ。

これが出来るのは、ネガティブ・フィードバックだ。

その中にまとまりをつける成分がある。

宇宙は現在も爆発中だ。
だがその中に、太陽系や地球のように、
安定した世界が存在する。

それがバラバラ力に中の、まとまり力だ。
これがプルゴジン理論だ。

現代文明は、世界をモノ化し、
それを記号として消費して、
巨大な産業文明と作った。

世界は拡大するものの、安定性がない。
人々は殺し合いを生きている。

産業文明は発振していた。

文明出力から、
安定成分を抽出しなければならなくなった。

入力に戻す。
ここに安定性を確立する。

これが人間人類法であり、地球社会法だ。

殺し合いでなく、共に生きる方法だ。
即ち、発振でなく、負帰還だ。

これで成長と安定が同時に得られる。
成長を止めるのでなく、
その一部を安定に使うことだ。

この負帰還政治経済をやった、
日本の自民党と社会党方式だ。
そこには平和憲法という絶対基準があった。

負帰還システムの本質は、
戦争放棄と戦力放棄を原理とする。
即ち、戦争経済こそは、発振の原因だった。
力強いが、安定性はなく、しかも殺し合いしかない。

戦争、そして殺し合いこそは、産業文明原理だ。

戦争を原理として文明を展開している以上、
権力を生かし、無力を食い潰すことは、
戦争原理の反映以外のなにものでもない。

アメリカは内にも外にも戦争に溢れる。
戦争が存在原理だから。
それがアメリカ経済の存在原理だ。
殺し合いを経済といっている。

これは理論理性に見えない。
だが構造理性には一目瞭然だ。
