death penalty : yes or no?

If the capital punishment is right, it can be proven.
If it is unjustified, it can be proven.

This is the first theorem of the Godel's incompleteness theorem.
Then, let's go to the second theorem.

It is no contradiction to do the capital punishment.
However, this no contradiction cannot be proven.
Because if the capital punishment is not contradicted, the no contradiction can be proven.
On the other hand, if the capital punishment is contradicted, it can be proven.
That is, contradicted sentences can be made from one sentences.
That is, no contradiction of the capital punishment is not proven.

How much hangs in human race's mastering this Godel's incompleteness theorem?
It hangs for tens of years.
The idea that the person established once is changed because of no easiness.

There are a lot of people into whom it is not changed even if an innocent capital punishment is established.

The matter stenciled to brains once doesn't change easily.
It is propaganda.

It is not easier to rewrite the content of brains than it makes it.

Making, and changing have big hysteresis.
It is a problem of the intellect to master this characteristic.

Reason doesn't have the ability.

The intellect is the world in the question.
It is a cancellation problem of the paradox.

The ability to manipulate this is an intellect.

死刑は是か非か。
もし死刑が正当なら、それを証明できる。
もし不当なら、それを証明できる。
即ち、一つの文章から、矛盾した文章が作れる。
即ち、この文章自身が成り立たない。

これがゲーデルの不完全性定理第一定理である。
では第二定理に行こう。

死刑をすることは、無矛盾である。
しかしこの無矛盾を証明することは出来ない。
何故なら、死刑が無矛盾ならその無矛盾を証明できる。
一方、死刑が矛盾するなら、それを証明できる。
即ち、一つの文章から、矛盾した文章が作れる。
即ち、死刑の無矛盾は証明されない。

ここまでくれば、ゲーデルの不完全性定理は論ずる必要がない。
自明の理だ。

このゲーデルの不完全性定理を、人類がマスターするにどれくらい掛かるだろうか。
何十年も掛かる。
人の一度確立した考えを変えることは容易ではないからだ。

無実死刑が確立されても、それを変えられない人がたくさんいる。

一度脳みそに刷り込まれた事柄は、容易に変わらない。
それがプロパガンダだ。

脳みその内容を書き換えることは、作ることより容易ではない。

この特性をマスターすることが、知性の問題だ。

理性にはその能力がない。

それがパラドックスの解消問題だ。

これを操る能力が、知性だ。
