Do the nation and the enterprise why become assailants, and did the citizens
become victims?

The civil society should become independent of the nation information.
It is cheated, it is ruled by assumption that the people and the
consumer talk with the nation and the enterprise, and it is under one'
s thumb.
The power side accumulated the knowhow of how to take in the person
for 100 years.
When people are born, it dies, and knowhow is hardly accumulated.
The information partition of huge potential was completed on the
power side and the citizens side.
And, the information hysteresis is demanded from the nation and the
enterprise and huge energy is demanded from the citizens side easily.
It is necessary to establish citizens' information communities.
United States's consumerism is active, and it is few that Europe
takes in the person.
The business came to cheat the consumer in Japan.
On the other hand, the globalization is tautology of the murder-robbery device.
Power rule and information rule of power.
This might be a cause that a national enterprise made a murder-robbery device.
It is the citizens because it cannot do this though countervailing power is
necessary for the citizens
The tool for this appeared.
It is Internet community.
The citizens in the world accumulate here, and it opposes a national enterprise.
The world federation achieves as Internet The Citizen of the World federation.
何故国家や企業が加害者となり、市民が被害者となったか。
それは情報戦争能力格差に一つの原因がある。
情報リテラシー、
市民社会は国家から情報独立せねばならない。
国家や企業と国民や消費者が対話すると、
するに騙されてしまい、
支配され、言いなりになってしまう。
権力側は人の騙し方のノウハウを百年集積した。
人々は生まれては死に、ノウハウは殆ど蓄積されない。
権力側と市民側に巨大ポテンシャルの情報隔壁が出来た。
そして情報ヒステレシスは、国家や企業に容易で、
市民側に巨大エネルギーを要求する。
市民の情報共同体を作らねばならない。
アメリカは消費者運動が盛んで、
ヨーロッパは人を騙すことが少ない。
日本ではビジネスは消費者を騙すこととなった。
一方、グローバリゼーションは強盗殺人装置のトートロジーだ。
権力の力支配と情報支配。
これが国家企業が強盗殺人装置化した原因だろう。
市民に対抗力が必要だが、これが出来ないから市民であるわけだ。
このための道具が現れた。
インターネット共同体だ。
世界の市民がここに集積し、国家企業に対抗する。
世界連邦はインターネット世界市民連邦として実現する。
