法は行使するものを規制しない。
これは法にとって無矛盾である。
法は使うものを規制しない。
規制するものは人の良心だけである。
よって法は国家を鬼畜化悪魔化する。
それを規制しないからだ。
西欧には愛と正義があり、多少自己規制する。
日本や東洋にはこれがなく、
法は国家が国民を従わせるものでしかない。
法は国家自身を規制できない。
