is handicapped person death penalty?

I might want to ask lay judges.
It is my criminal trial hearing, and the almost everyone is a criminal the person repeated.
It is a person who is said that many of the people are handicapped persons.

It be why?
The public assistance is not applied by such a person.
The crime is begun for life.

Why what is it?
For me, Japan is Evil Empire.
The police do, and are making easy money the judge, the public prosecutor, and the lawyer the repetition of them criminal.
The counterevidence was not obtained by setting up assumption so ..this...

There might repeatedly be a person who does the homicide in the criminal.
Lay judge's person will execute it.

The process until doing so in Japan is a problem.

This handicapped person can die as for the book today.
Thus, the handicapped person is excluded.
The prison overflows with the handicapped person.

裁判員の皆さんにお聞きしたいことがあります。
私の刑事裁判傍聴で、ほとんどの人が人が繰り返し犯罪者です。
その人たちの多くが、障害者といわれる人です。

何故なんでしょうか。
このような人には生活保護は適用されません。
生活のために犯罪に手を染める。

どうしてなんでしょうか。
私は、日本は悪の帝国であり、
裁判官や検事、弁護士に警察が、彼らを繰り返し犯罪者にして、
ぼろ儲けしている。
そう仮定を立てて、これに反証が得られませんでした。

裁判員の人は、死刑にするでしょう。

日本ではそうするまでのプロセスが問題なのです。

それが問題です。

それは裁判員の責任はなりません。

すると国の役立たずとして、死ねと要求されます。
ヒトラーの障害者断罪と同じです。

今日本はこの障害者は死ねをやっているのです。
このようにして障害者を排除しているのです。
刑務所は障害者で溢れています。

でもこの責任を取るとしたら、裁判員しかいません。

このないものねだりに日本は成立しているのです。

正に日本自体が狂っている訳です。
それが裁判員に責任を取らせる。

こんな問題を国民は背負わされているのです。
