次は日本が戦争放棄の決議案を出すことだが、
残念なことに不可能だ。

死刑廃止と戦争放棄の思想的意味をまとめよう。

1.死刑は国家を絶対化した。
王政以上の悪態だ。
民主主義と資本主義で最悪化は免れているが、
国家の絶対化で、国家間紛争は戦争による処理しかなくなった。
だから21世紀は戦争の世紀なった。

死刑廃止が同時進行すべきことであった。

これで分かったことは、
感情論は感情の＋－に立ち、

つまり感情論は復讐と憎悪に成り立つ。

マイナス感情をプラスに整流する。
これが死刑廃止と戦争放棄だ。

即ち憎悪と復讐の世界を去ることだ。
これは社会レベルで出来ることで、
個人の憎悪と復讐は除去できない。
それを克服合理化する社会の死刑廃止だ。

4.死刑と戦争廃止、
これが地球社会だ。

だが死刑廃止のＥＵに制裁も戦争もある。
まだ力の思想だ。
負けない力の世界への一里塚と考えよう。

国連決議が制裁条項を削除したことは正しい。
制裁は反作用を呼ぶ、愚かな考えだ。
まだ人類は未熟な子供だ。
