Isn't the capital punishment a homicide or a homicide?

permitted.

ただ一つ正しいことは人を殺すことだ。

殺人者を死刑にすることは、無矛盾だ。
それは今論じた通り。
だがこの無矛盾はこの文の中で証明できない。

社会に秩序は死刑で守られない！
死刑は国家を絶対者にし、
戦争などの殺人を野放しにする！
