The essence of the enterprise that goes under
The good element in that doesn't overlap with a bad element, and it fights.

Any organization has a good element and a bad element.
It doesn't collapse if this overlaps, and the harmonic vibration, that is, good music is played in concert.

Two power makes the noise in the organization that goes under.
It collapses if this noise is not removed.

One of the top abilities of the organization is detection and exclusion of the noise.

The bureaucratic system was in any country the noise exclusion, and crushed the nation.
This is Japan today, the United States, and China.

China was the world and began to trail one's coattails within the country.
This is a harbinger to which the country goes under.

China became a sound source in the world.

Japan in the United States that had said did not become a noise in the United States.

Is this good or bad?
I will say only that I cannot decide it.

潰れる企業の本質は、
その中の善成分と悪成分が、重なり合わず、喧嘩することである。

どんな組織も、善成分と悪成分がある。
これが重なり合って、調和振動、即ち、いい音楽を合奏していれば、潰れない。

潰れる組織は、二つの勢力が、雑音を作る。
この雑音を、除去しないと潰れる。

組織のトップの能力の一つは、雑音の検出と排除である。

官僚組織は、どの国でも雑音排除がなく、国家を潰した。
これが今の日本やアメリカや中国である。

中国は世界や国内に喧嘩を売り始めた。
これは国が潰れる前触れである。

中国は世界の音源となったのだ。

アメリカの言いなりだった日本は、アメリカの雑音にはならなかった！

これはいいことか悪いことか。
決定不能とだけ言っておこう。
