Why is Japan urged human rights on?

One of the human rights recommendations that came this year
The police investigation and substitute prison are tortures.
This is assumed that the denial of Japan and Japan is refusing.

Variety is seen from this phenomenon.

This one is Common Sense.
In a word, human rights is set as a direction where the society is
maintained.

The people become equal by human rights with the nation.

Contention puts between the evil made for the god, and order is
confused rather.

Japan used the evil of nature, and consolidated this in the system of
the government.
The human nature was cooled here, and brute & devil order arose.

Human rights became an absolute authority consolidating ,in a word,
the nation, and made order in the shape that could not be absolutely
in a word in there were no human natures.

This is goodness of the order of poor order of Western Europe and
Japan.
Order worsens when the human nature is set in a word, and order
improves when the human nature is abandoned.

That is, order without the human nature.
This is order and not order.
Suppression and this by the power of the paradox were ,in a word,
systems of brute & devil.

This tortures and the civil affairs nonintervention ,in a word, the
nation tortures the people.
Is this justification Yasukuni?
The national constitution of national unity is maintained firmly in
Yasukuni.

killed in the world.

今年来た人権勧告の一つは、
警察の取調べと代用監獄は拷問だというものだ。
これは日本の否定だとして日本は拒否している。

この現象からいろいろのことが見える。
西欧は客観的普遍妥当性で社会を作る。
この一つがコモンセンスだ。
つまり人権を社会の維持方向として設定する。

人権で国家と国民は対等になる。
ここに人間性は確立されるが、
神に作った悪との間に抗争がおき、秩序は却って混乱する。

日本は自然の悪を利用、お上体制にこれを集約した。
ここに人間性は冷却され、畜生＆鬼畜秩序が生まれた。

つまり人権はありえない形に集約、
つまり国家が絶対権力となり、
人間性のない絶対秩序を作った。

これが西欧の秩序の悪さ、日本の秩序の良さである。
つまり人間性を設定すると秩序が悪くなり、
人間性を放棄すると秩序が良くなる。

即ち人間性のない秩序、
これは秩序であって秩序でない。
つまりパラドックスの権力による制圧、
これが畜生＆鬼畜体制であった。

これが民事不介入、つまり国家が国民を拷問する！
この正当化が靖国？
靖国で挙国一致の国体を護持する。

即ち人権でなく、国家の神聖で国をまとめる。

これが日本と世界の摩擦・対立・抗争である。

即ち世界は日本国の神聖を認めない。

日本の神聖を認めない日本人はお上日本に殺され、
神聖を主張するお上日本は世界に殺される。

改めるか、改めないか、それが問題だ。
改めない日本万歳突撃に、一億玉砕する状態だ。

これが大日本帝国の太平洋戦争であったろう。
大日本帝国は負けても、日本の神聖は負けていなかった。
再び国家として復活させる「美しい国」であろうか。
