イラクは大量破壊兵器を持っているとし、
問題は解決済みとし、
存在していない問題を存在することにした。
或いは、存在する問題を存在していないとした。

北朝鮮は拉致問題は存在しないと突っ撥ねた。

最近は問題は解決済みとする。

それで制裁や復讐で対応する。
国内では下々の出来ないことだ。
下々を泣かせて処理する。
