Human rights are given to the mankind and it isn't possible to assume that everyone is same. Animal ancestry and vegetable ancestry established the mankind. * Power is the carnivore and many people are the vegetable system. Because mankind say the same human rights, it becomes strange. * A plant is bitten by an animal, and they live. So a plant increases endlessly. There is also pecking order in the animal system power. * United States and China are a big dragon, and I eat other animals and live. A small animal bites a plant. * This is a state hierarchy. Or human rights don't exist. This is rational imperfection.
