absorption and elimination of evil

Human beings have lived by this gentleman and exclusion of evil. As a result, the state became wrong. It is a natural conclusion of an action and reaction. Furthermore, considering this reaction, it is absorbing wrong. It means that society absorbs wrong and there had been no wrong. A state will not be great evil if this is made.
