paradoox of democracy and military regime

In the East or the Middle East, if it democratizes, it will become a military regime. Why is it? Democracy and a military regime are paradox and democracy-izing is because the military regime of the opposite ingredient is made. This is the relation between an action and reaction. * In the West, democracy functioned to some extent. It is because the state was restrained by freedom, or human rights and the constitution to it. That is, it is because it had a democracy-ized system. * Democracy was put in even in Japan in the last stage the end [ the Edo period ]. Then, the constitution was made and it made the military regime. It is because the constitution did not bind a state. That is, the constitution oscillated the state, became incoherent, is a police state about it and bound people. Even now, Japan is a police state. This is order of Japan. * In the non-West, the constitution cannot bind a state. The police and an army have order. The crystal is a military regime. * But also in the West, the police and an army have order. The end of proof. 東洋や中東では、民主化すると、軍事政権となる。 何故か。 民主主義と軍事政権は、パラドックスであり、 民主主義化することは、その反対成分の軍事政権を作るからである。 これが作用と反作用の関係である。 　　　　　* 西洋は、民主主義がある程度機能した。 それには自由や人権、憲法で国家を縛ったからである。 即ち、民主主義化するシステムを持っていたからである。 * 日本でも江戸時代末期に民主主義を入れた。 そこで憲法を作り、それが軍事政権を作った。 憲法が国家を縛らなかったためである。 即ち、憲法は国家を発振させ、支離滅裂となり、 それを警察国家で、国民を縛ったのである。 今でも、日本は警察国家である。 これが日本の秩序である。 　　　　* 非西洋では、憲法は国家を縛れない。 秩序は、警察や軍隊が持つ。 その結晶が、軍事政権である。 * だが西洋も、秩序は警察や軍隊が持つ。 今や、情報国家となり、人は殺されないために、全権を国家に預けた。 これは正義の否定の肯定であり、国家は発振し、支離滅裂となった。 * 秩序があるなら、その存在を証明せよ。 これがKleeneの定理である。 即ち、秩序は、嘘や妄想でしかなかった。 　　　　　　* では人類はどうするか。 その生存を悪に任せ、その世代交代に任せる。 即ち、社会は警察や軍隊に任せる。 * その為には、警察や軍隊を一本化せず、相対化することである。 警察や軍隊を二分化し、殺し合いをさせる。 これが悪の賢い使い方である。 殺し合いを警察や軍隊の内部に持たせる。 * これをやった日本の江戸時代である。 警察を東西に分け、それを入れ替いさせる。 こうして警察や消防を競争させ、悪い方を排除する。 これが江戸時代が、260年の続いた理由の一つである。 証明終わり。
