essence of the Peace Constitution

A peaceful constitution expressed the Japanese spirit大和魂 in words. Japanese are state neglected people and state power is unrelated to the Japanese spirit. * The United States engages with the Japanese spirit and the one which expressed this experience in words is a peaceful constitution.
