A disaster occurs. People who consider this as sadness, and people who make this money-making. The former is a spiritual person and the latter is those who live money. But both are required for this world. It may be what to call a necessary condition and sufficient condition. Or what is necessary is just to call it the person of power, and the person of the heart.
