uncertainty principle of soul and language

It is exposed to radioactivity by Fukusima and is a feeling of child bringing-up mothers. Can this be denoted by words? I do not know the person who expressed this with words. Following a good feeling is destroying humanity. This is the back and front of a good feeling. * A soul cannot be denoted by words. Humanity starts here! Language and a soul are uncertainty relation.
