double standard of Japan

Principles and real intentions of Japan will be bias and a signal if it uses correctly. In Japan, okami=state oscillates this and presupposes that okami=state is always right. Japanese people do not have thinking of positive feedback or reverse feedback, and its way is forced by okami=state.
